Getting around your new control panel

A tour of the new GuavaHost control panel at customer.guavahost.com: signing in, your servers, the server menu, billing, account settings and where each old panel tab went.

5 min read · Updated Oct 1, 2026 · By GuavaHost Team

Your servers and your billing now live in one place: the GuavaHost control panel at customer.guavahost.com. You run your server, pay invoices and change your plan without switching sites. The old client area at guavahost.com/account now brings you here too, so old bookmarks still work, and new servers are still ordered at checkout on guavahost.com. This guide shows where everything is.

Signing in

  1. Go to customer.guavahost.com.
  2. Click Google, Discord or GitHub if that is how you sign in, or enter your Email address and Password and click Sign in.
  3. If you have two-factor authentication turned on, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app on the Verify it's you. page and click Verify and sign in.

It is the same GuavaHost account you use at checkout, so there is nothing new to set up. Forgotten your password? Click Forgot your password? under the sign-in form, or see Can't log in?.

The main menu

The sidebar on the left (behind the menu button on a phone) has five pages:

Page What it is for
Overview Your account at a glance: active services, invoices to review, your next renewal, your services and your latest invoices.
My servers Every server you can run, each with its live status. Click Manage to open one.
Billing & invoices Every invoice, with filters, PDF downloads and payment.
Refer to earn The affiliate program: your own code and link, your commission and your payouts. See Refer to earn.
Account settings Your name, email and country, your password, two-factor authentication and connected sign-ins.

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar for Account settings, Sign out and Sign out of all devices.

Want to see every service, including cancelled and terminated ones? On Overview, click View all next to Your services. Clicking a service there opens its Manage your plan window, and Go to server in that window takes you to the server itself.

My servers

Each card shows the game, the server's name, its status (such as Online, Offline, Starting, Installing or Suspended), its address, the plan and the renewal date. Click Manage to open the server, or New server at the top to order another. Once you have a few servers, a search box appears, and with more still you can filter by All, Online, Offline or Needs attention. Cancelled servers are not shown here, but they stay listed under Services.

Servers other people have shared with you appear here too, tagged Sub-user access. Their plan and billing stay with the owner, so those cards show the server's location rather than a price or renewal date, and inside you only see what the owner allowed. See Giving a friend access with sub-users.

Inside a server

The top of every server page shows the server's name (click the pencil to rename it), its status, its address with a copy button, and the power buttons: Start, Restart, Stop and Force stop. Under that, four tabs cover what you do most: Overview, Console, Files and Settings.

The server menu down the side is the full map:

  • Switch server at the top jumps straight to another of your servers, and All servers takes you back to the list.
  • Server: Overview, Console, Files and Backups.
  • Configure: Databases (when your plan includes them), Scheduled tasks, Settings and Manage plan.
  • More (click it to open): Migration, People and Activity.
  • Tools for your game, when there are any. Rust servers get Rust tools (Wipes, Plugins, Server properties). Minecraft Java servers get Minecraft tools (Plugins or Mods, Modpack, Version, Server properties). Other games get Game tools, such as Mods or Server properties.

On a phone, tap More next to the tabs to open the server menu.

The server's Overview shows the live console, a Usage card with CPU, RAM and storage, the server's Location with an estimated ping, your Scheduled tasks, and a Ports & network card with the Server address players join with and any other ports, each with a copy button.

The classic game panel

The old game panel at panel.guavahost.com is still there as an advanced option, and it uses the same GuavaHost sign-in. A couple of things are still only in the classic panel: creating a blank file in the browser, and choosing a Java version by hand. Using the classic game panel explains how to get in.
