Logging in to the game panel (panel.guavahost.com)
Sign in to the GuavaHost game panel with the same account you use for billing, open it in one click from guavahost.com, and fix common login problems.

The game panel at panel.guavahost.com is where you run your server: the console, files, backups and settings. You sign in to it with your normal GuavaHost account, the same email and password (or Google, Discord or GitHub sign-in) you use for billing. There is no separate panel password to remember, and from guavahost.com it opens in one click.
The quickest way in: from guavahost.com
If you are signed in to guavahost.com, the panel signs you in automatically.
- Click Game Panel in the menu bar at the top of guavahost.com.
- The first time, a short note titled Straight to your server. explains that opening the panel from your GuavaHost account signs you in automatically. Click Open game panel. You will not see this note again on that browser.
- The panel opens in a new tab, already signed in.
If you are not signed in yet, the Game Panel button takes you to the GuavaHost sign-in page first. Sign in there and you carry straight on into the panel.
Going straight to one server
To jump to a particular server rather than the panel's server list:
- Sign in at guavahost.com/account and open My services.
- Click the server you want.
- Click Open game panel. The panel opens on that server.

Using a bookmark, a different device or typing the address yourself? Going to panel.guavahost.com shows the GuavaHost sign-in page, which says "The same GuavaHost account you use for billing."
- Continue with Discord, Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub if that is how you sign in to GuavaHost.
- Or enter your Email address and Password under "or sign in with email" and click Sign in.
- Forgot your password? takes you to the GuavaHost password reset page. Resetting there changes your one password for both the client area and the panel.
Messages on the panel sign-in page

Sent back to your GuavaHost account instead?
After you sign in, the panel looks up your game panel account by your email address. If it cannot find one, it sends you back to your GuavaHost account rather than leaving you stuck on a login screen. That usually means one of these:
- You do not have a game server yet, for example you only created an account.
- Your new server is still being set up. See Paid but your server isn't ready yet?.
- Your emails no longer match. If you changed your GuavaHost email after your server was created and the panel keeps sending you back, contact support so we can match them up.
Nothing happens when you click Game Panel
The panel opens in a new tab. If nothing appears, your browser may have blocked it as a pop-up. Allow pop-ups for guavahost.com and click again.
The automatic sign-in uses a one-time link that only works for a couple of minutes, and only in the browser that asked for it. That protects you from someone tricking your browser into signing in to their account. So if you land on the panel's sign-in page instead of your server, the link usually just ran out. Sign in on that page, or click Game Panel again.
Invited to someone else's server?
If a friend added you as a sub-user (see Giving a friend access with sub-users), you still sign in on the same GuavaHost sign-in page. The panel matches you by email, so use the same email address the server owner invited. If you already have a GuavaHost account with that email, sign in with it. If not, Continue with Google, Discord or GitHub using an account with that same email creates a GuavaHost account and signs you in. If neither works, ask the server owner to contact support.
Once you are in
