What is GuavaHost?

GuavaHost is an Australian-based game server hosting provider offering enterprise-grade servers for Minecraft, Rust, Palworld, ARK, CS2, Discord Bots, and 15+ other games. Our servers are available in four regions — the United States, Europe, Australia, and South America (Miami).

Where are your servers located?

We have four server regions: the United States, Europe, Australia, and South America (served by our Miami node). You can choose your location at checkout.

Which games do you support?

We currently support Minecraft Java, Minecraft Bedrock, Minecraft Geyser, Rust, Palworld, CS2, Valheim, Valheim BepInEx, ARK Survival Evolved, ARK Survival Ascended, Project Zomboid, Terraria, tModLoader, Enshrouded, Unturned, Necesse, Hytale, and Discord Bot Hosting.

What hardware do you use?

All of our servers run on AMD Ryzen and Intel processors, High-speed RAM, and NVMe SSD storage. This combination delivers the best possible performance for game servers, minimising latency and maximising tick rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment options are displayed at checkout in the billing portal.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. All GuavaHost plans include a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason within those 48 hours, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.

How does billing work?

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription. Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel or upgrade at any time through the client area.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your resources at any time from the client area. You will only be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Submit a cancellation request through the client area before your next billing cycle. Cancellations after renewal are not automatically refunded unless they fall within the 48-hour guarantee window.

What control panel do you use?

We use a Pterodactyl-based control panel (Wisp Panel) which gives you real-time console access, a built-in file manager, SFTP support, one-click modpack installation, database management, and more.

How quickly will my server be online?

Your server is deployed automatically and is typically live within seconds of your order being confirmed. No manual setup is required from our end.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. Enterprise-grade DDoS protection is included on every plan at no additional cost. Your server IP is protected against volumetric and application-layer attacks.

Can I install custom mods, plugins, or software?

Absolutely. You have full SFTP access and can upload any compatible software, mods, or plugins to your server. We also provide a one-click installer for popular modpacks and server types.

Are backups available?

Backups are not currently offered as a built-in feature. We recommend using SFTP to download copies of your server data regularly.

Can I use a custom domain name for my server?

Yes. You can point a custom subdomain or domain to your server IP.

What is your uptime SLA?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all plans. In the rare event of downtime exceeding this threshold, service credits are applied to your account automatically.

How do you handle scheduled maintenance?

Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via our status page and email notifications. We minimise maintenance windows and typically perform them during off-peak hours.
