Практичный порядок такой: надёжный пароль и двухэтапный вход в аккаунт, затем вайтлист или пароль на сервере, затем права, чтобы ваши модераторы не могли больше нужного, затем резервные копии, чтобы плохой день остался неудобством, а не потерей.
