Den praktiske rækkefølge er: en stærk adgangskode og totrinslogin på din konto, derefter en whitelist eller en adgangskode på serveren, derefter rettigheder så dit team ikke kan mere end de behøver, og til sidst backups så en dårlig dag bliver en irritation i stedet for et tab.
