This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the level of service provided by GuavaHost to customers using our game server hosting services. It outlines GuavaHost's responsibilities, performance standards, and customer expectations.
This SLA applies to all GuavaHost-managed game servers hosted in Australia, including but not limited to:
This SLA covers server uptime, support, and incident management.
GuavaHost strives to maintain a monthly uptime of 99.9% for all game servers.
Uptime is measured as total time the service is available, excluding downtime caused by:
Downtime caused by these factors does not count against uptime guarantees.
Some server downtime may occur due to maintenance performed by third-party infrastructure or hardware providers.
GuavaHost does not control the physical hardware and may not be able to provide advance notice.
GuavaHost will notify affected customers as soon as possible when we are informed of scheduled maintenance or outages.
Downtime caused by third-party maintenance does not count toward SLA credits.
GuavaHost provides support for server issues through:
Support is available 24/7, but response times may vary if the issue originates from third-party infrastructure.
Customers are responsible for:
If server uptime falls below 99.9% due to GuavaHost faults, customers may request an SLA credit.
SLA credit calculation:
SLA Credit (%) = (Downtime minutes / Total minutes in month) × 100
Maximum SLA credit per month: 50% of monthly hosting fee
Credits are issued only upon customer request and after verification by GuavaHost.
Downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or hardware is not eligible for SLA credits.
GuavaHost implements industry-standard security measures, including firewalls and DDoS protection.
Customer data is stored securely and handled according to Australian data protection laws.
GuavaHost cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats and is not liable for data loss caused by customer mismanagement or third-party attacks.
This SLA does not cover:
GuavaHost may modify this SLA with 30 days' notice.
Continuation of service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated SLA.
Termination of hosting service terminates SLA obligations.
GuavaHost's total liability under this SLA is limited to SLA credits as defined in Section 7.
GuavaHost is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost gameplay, revenue, or data.
